I am on mautic 2.9.2. I have configured and confirmed the the login and authorized the sugarcrm plugin, available in mautic plugins. I have specified it is sugar community addition, and selected leads and contacts, etc. I have seen the mapped fields and mapped them. I have saved the configuration. however, nothing is happening? What do I do to get it working? How to test? Can I schedule how frequently to sync?
