Cant Install Mautic

I am trying to install Mautic in an Azure Ubuntu Server. I have installed Apache and PHO on it. After copying and extracting folder I am getting this error.

HTC Access file is there, I also made all files in the html folder 777. Any ideas of what I can do. I check also the log folder and nothing is there.

Don’t know how it was solved, but started to work after installing phpmyadmin
