My Mautic version is: 2.16.2
My PHP version is: PHP 7.2.24
EC2 server

Your problem
My problem is: I can’t start the installation
## The site is currently offline due to encountering an error. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator.
#### System administrators, check server logs for errors.

These errors are showing in the log: Directory cache and logs empty yet

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
I followed the steps of documentation of get-started and troubleshooting sections, but no solution.

Hi there,

What web server are you using ? Would beefier to help if we could see the logs from mautic.errors in /var/logs/web_server/

The /var/log/httpd/ didn’t logged any information about it.
