Configuration Saving Problem

Hi,



I have been trying to make changes to the configuration settings and save the details, but it is not saving. I am getting an error:



500 Internal Server Error



After checking some of the support tickets. I have disabled the MOD_SECURITY also on my server.

Can you check your error logs and see if there’s any contents there? Check Mautic’s as well as your own hosts error logs. If there’s nothing it could be php is timing out and crashing before even the logs are written, in that case let’s try to increase your memory usage limit for php.
