The content i will email may be consider as spam. My spam rate is 1%. In case of Mailchimp, in this rate my account would be shut off. In case of Mautic what is your considerable rate

That will dependent of several factors
Is your list is clean you are good.
Make sure select a good email services provider and complete all the setup for that email services provider.
