Drag and drop don't working

Hi, I’m use Mautic and personalize it for my company, but in the new version the mail drag & drop editor don’t work properly.

When I try to drag the item within the preview nothing happens, the fields in the template are absolutely not editable it in the text or in the pictures I have the latest version installed with softaculous.

It is very important for me this feature because it will be used in the majority for this operation. Is there a solution or a setting to enable?
