Dynamic Content Management in Email

Your Problem:
Hello,

I’m new to Mautic, but I successfully installed it on an Ubuntu server.

However, I’m facing two issues with Dynamic Content in emails:

  1. The Dynamic Content Management tab is hidden when editing an email. I can select fields, but the tab remains inaccessible (see attached screenshot).
  2. Dynamic Content filtering in emails doesn’t seem to work. The emails are always sent with the default text, ignoring any conditions.

I’ve checked the logs, and there are no errors related to this issue.

Questions:

  • Is this a known issue in Mautic 5.2.3?
  • Are there any specific configurations or cron jobs required to enable Dynamic Content functionality?
  • Could this be related to permissions or caching?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
