Your problem
I have 2 problems: dynamic date range and empty email attachment.
My goal is to send me all the new contacts that have signed up in the past 24 hours over email.
Then in my Report filter, I have this setting with “today”:
After I “Save & Close”, then I click on “Edit” to verify my setting, it always reverts back to an absolute time:
This makes me suspect that the report is not capturing the new signups from today.
Then I set up email for this report (email address removed from screenshot):
I can receive the email, each email has an attached .csv file, but it’s all empty.
However, from the Report dashboard itself, I can see it’s producing data:
May I know what can I do to fix these?
The weird thing is that the CSV file is all empty – i thought if it produces 0 rows, at least the header should existi. But the file has nothing in the email attachment.
