My Mautic version is: 2.15.0
My PHP version is: 7.2.26

Your problem
My problem is: mautic doesn’t send email,

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I’ve removed the smtp configuration for that particular domain,
and I’ve changed it to previously worked before.

Is there something else I should do?

Make sure you have sent your cron job properly especially the following
Mautic:emails: send using for sending the email
Mautic:segments: update used for sending contact to the proper segment
campaigns: update used for making campaigns work properly in other to push contact into proper segment or carry out other triggers such as send email or award point

it turned out that I mistakenly added the wrong cron script.
