My problem is:

Hello, I have a problem that I want to send a newsletter, but nothing happens.

I attach a video, I think it will help you understand the problem:

I reinstalled the system twice.
1* manually via FTP.
2* from server

But the same problem.

I am using the legacy editor, as the GrapesJS editor has some bugs. I am not sure if this one is also a bug of the GrapesJS plugin…

Anyway:

  • have you tried to clic “Save” instead directly on “Save and Close” ?
  • have you tried to refresh the page before creating a new email ? (please try saving the newly created email in max 9 minutes after the refresh, otherwise you are signed-out of Mautic)
  • have you tried to clear the cookies on the browser or to use incognito mode to test ?

Your problem is not the sending, as you mentioned in the title, but in saving the email.

  • tried in other browsers and deleted the cookies, no good

Can you be more specific? Is it MySQL? MariaDB?
I use 10.3.38-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.20.04.1

Could it be a database issue? That mautic cannot access the database to create de email?
Can you create something else, like a contact, campaign, segment, tag ?

Hello @szilard21 , do you have any emojies in your email?
Also: can you plz check if there are multiple html tags at the front of the code?
One more idea: could you plz check the log (fogaskerek, beallitasok, log)

One more idea: if you have Wordfence or other firewall on your server where Mautic is hosted, they might block ajax communication!
