Emails/Campaigns disappeared

I had several campaigns set up to drip emails to subscribers of various lists. Now I cannot access my emails or open my campaigns.



Attempts to open my emails page or view the campaigns yield this error:





Additionally, it appears that my optins are not working either. I have not gotten any new subscribers in at least a month.



Any idea what might be happening?



I would appreciate a reply in plain English; I am not a developer.

Do you have access to the Mautic logs?

Would those be somewhere in Amazon Web Services (where Mautic is installed)? I probably can find them if someone can explain where to look.

@LilyAF. - It’s in the folder where you’ve installed Mautic. Inside it’s usually found in …/app/log/
