Emails not sent and not triggered

Hi Guys!

I’m having a weird problem now.

Everything was fine with Mautic v. 1.4.1, but since i update do 2.1 version, my emails are not sent anymore.

And yes, i altered the cron jobs to match the new ones.

I also tried to use cronfig, but with no success.

I created a log file with the cronjobs to see what is the errors, but when i try do trigger a campaing or try to send a email, i get this:



Triggering events for campaign 1

Triggering first level events

0 total events(s) to be processed in batches of 100

0 event(s) executed



Triggering scheduled events

0 total events(s) to be processed in batches of 100

0 event(s) executed



Triggering ‘non-action’ events

0 event(s) executed



Triggering events for campaign 2

Triggering first level events

0 total events(s) to be processed in batches of 100

0 event(s) executed



Triggering scheduled events

0 total events(s) to be processed in batches of 100

0 event(s) executed



Triggering ‘non-action’ events

As i can see, no problem are found, but also the log say there is no event do be processed.



Anyone have any ideia about what can i do?

I had the same problem when I updated from 2.0.1 to version 2.1 on the 12th of August. I had a backup so I rolled back to version 2.0.1 and everything worked fine again… So it might be a bug in the 2.1 version that is responsible.

Where can i download v2.01 ?

You will find it at the bottom of this page:
https://github.com/mautic/mautic/releases/tag/2.0.1

But before fiddling around with it make absolutely sure you first backup your current Mautic installation AND current database.
