Error connecting with Mailjet

Have you checked your error logs to see if there is a more specific error being thrown?

Have you got the correct credentials/API keys/etc and using the correct connection details (e.g. port, server etc) where required?

Are you on shared hosting? Sometimes they block ports which prevents the connection.

use correct SMTP Port … and try

Your outbound connection to SMTP ports are blocked. Contact your hoster to unblock them.
