My Mautic version is: 4.4.6
My PHP version is: 7.4.33
My Database type and version is: mysqlnd 7.4.33

Your problem
My problem is: I am sending out external emails and trying to track the points when the customer opens the email. It shows the email was sent externally but it does not track the points when the external customer opens the email. Is there a setting in the configuration that will allow the tracking of points for external customers?
