I created a simple campaign and I´m curious: How long does the campaign waits for an action to be taken on a “Decision” like “Opens Email”, or “Clicks Email”? Does it have a standard timeout? Or is it always waiting as long as the campaign is running?
Example:
In case the “decision” is waiting eternally for the user action, can I configure something like an empty “change campaign” action, within a time period to give the user X days to take the action and, if not, stop waiting and considering “failed”?
