My Mautic version is: 2.15.1

Your problem
My problem is: I have created a form with a select field that allows multiple options to be selected. In a campaign, I trigger email 1 to be sent if option 1 selected. Perfect.

If I go back as the same person and complete the form a second time and selection option 2 I am sent email 1 and email 2, when I should just be sent option 2. Why is doing that?

In addition, I have select both option 1 and 2, I should be sent both email 1 and 2 bit instead I am sent neither.

Any assistance in resolving this would be great

All what you mentioned is very logic. So to achieve results the way you’re thinking, you need to design the campaign a bit differently.
For example, you must tell the campaign:

  • not to send to you again, if you had already selected option 1 and received email 1
  • to send to you every time you make a selection (1 + 2)
    Finally, Check which email type you’ve used (marketing versus transactional)
