Frequency Rules should count per email sender domain

My idea is:
Enhance the existing " Frequency Rule" feature to count per sender domain, not globally.
In systems that have multiple sender domains (e.g. multiple brands), the expected behavior when set e.g. to “1 per day” would not to surpress other brands if one has sent an email, but to allow “on per brand and day”. Recipients should typically not even notice they come from the same organization or Mautic, and will surely not connect or mind receiving one email from x.com and one from y.com.
MAYBE a toggle should be added in the global email settings (next to Default Frequency Rule), like “count per email sender domain”. But maybe that could even be skipped and we always do per-domain.

I think these groups of people would benefit from this idea:
All who run Mautic multi-domain

Why I think they would benefit from this idea:
Frequency rules become usable

Are you willing to work on this idea?:
maybe, if there is interest from others too

What skills and resources do you need to explore this further?
This is a simple coding task, should even be suitable for beginners

I think this is half of the story, and once you do it, you will need to manage DNC per sender domain and Contact Ownership per sender Domain.

True that those capabilities are needed, but also true that there are workarounds for 'em.
Therefore I’d tend to isolate the features and tackle this small one by itself, rather than hoping for somebody doing the full multidomain. Unless you know someone who would take care of that!
