Gmail is delayed/don't work

My Email is delayed by a couple of hours when I send a test email or Test campaign . Also sometime it does not go through. I use my personal gmail account. Any suggestions.

Gmail have the policy that can be used as an SMTP services provider check that.
Also check on jobs
