Does anyone know what would cause Mautic (hosted version) to run a contact down the non-action initiated decision path (red points) of a published campaign even though the contact has engaged positively with the campaign’s contact-initiated decision path (green points) relative to the opening of emails, visiting of web pages, and the successful submission of forms?
I’ve checked and re-check my campaign workflow and I’m stumped. Has anyone else run into this?
