i have done the database info in local.php file and still its showing the following error

Database connection error (code #1045)

Kindly please advise asap.

Hi Mohitgarg

If you changed the config file you will definitely need to clear cache. you can do this by delete the app/cache directories. Assuming all your other database connection details are valid and the database is populated with all the necessary mautic tables, things should be up and running.

Can i ask how to clear the cache directories?

There is a command for it:

php app/console cache:clear

or delete the app/cache folder.

@mohitgarg i have also same issue … i also deleted the cache folder but still i have issue . and i am unable to send a mail also

I’m trying to find the file with the credentials, but can’t. Using 2.8.2. Anyone can tell the path on that version?
