How to insert mtracking in main domain and subdomain the same site

I have a domain (http://site.com) and I use the Mautic in Saas version (mautic.com).



My landing pages are created in Wordpress itself, but in a subdomain (http://site.com/lp/).



I wonder if I have to insert the mtracking.gif the main domain (http://site.com) and subdomain (http://site.com/lp/), or only on the main domain it (http://site.com)?
