Actually I have just solve it. The problema is that there is a hidden file named “.htaccess”. Be sure this file is inside the mautic directory.

Hello Guys…A also have a Hostgator shared hosting account. My question is, is it enough to run mautic sucessfully without traffic problems? I mean, in my mind the mail server is whats need to me more robust in order to work on a great demand situations.

This will depend on how many records you are managing within Mautic. The biggest limiting factor on shared hosts will be the memory allotted to your account. You should be ok for most usages but you will want to monitor the memory still to be sure. -David
