How would I have an email notification sent when a Contact responds to an email?

One of the things I had set up in Dynamics was that I would get an email notification (as an admin or owner of a piece of data) when a client/company/lead/prospect responded via email to an email that ended up in the monitored inbox.



How would I achieve this with Mautic?
