If a contact point changes can it trigger an action?

As can be seen from this flow, the moment a lead joins a campaign it will immediately start checking “has replied job” contact field is more than one, then it will send out an email.



Im curious, the rule is “immediately check when join campaign” so if a user joined it will check if “has replied job” immediately. But what if he “replied a job” 3 days later? When the campaign trigger is fired, will this rule be checked again for all users? Even those it has checked before?

The Campaign each time a user fill the form Mautic will send the email under Had replied jobs.

I mean like, when a rule has already run for a user, but was not fulfilled, the next time the campaign runs, will it run that rule again for that user?
