My problem is: I’m not receiving bounces and unsubscribes in my mautic application

These errors are showing in the log: there is no error for that

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I did as mentioned in this doc but still nothing i have receiving.

What mail provider are you using for sending out emails?

Could it be that you need to set up the cron jobs?

I’m using my own SMTP server to send the emails

Let me share my cronjobs with you once which i have configured for my mautic, please let me know if i need to set up the cron jobs additionally

for this.

or anything i should update more in mautic let me know, I’ve been struggling with this issue for a long time.

What email provider are you using?
There are different methods for tracking bounces for the various email providers.

Depending on the email provider you are using, bounces can be tracked via webhook, api or having mautic check a folder in an email account.

To check a folder you need the email fetch cron which you seem to have set up.

I have bounce checks working well with Amazon SES via API and basic SMTP simply checking a folder for bounce returns
