What tool are you installing? In what environment? Win10? What what database? MySQL? MS-SQL? What other apps are you running or trying to integrate? Are you using SugarCRM?
I don’t use XAMPP nor SurgarCRM, but from this statement it appears as if you may be using SugarCRM and it isn’t on your machine or installed in non-standard directory.
