Is Mautic a CRM software?

I’m a bit confused whether Mautic is a CRM software or not.

And I would love to know what are the main differences between Mautic and SuiteCRM? (so I have a clear vision if Mautic is enough for me).

No, mate, Mautic is definitely not a CRM software.
It’s a marketing software. For sending marketing messages to lists/segments.
CRM is intended for marketing/sales to individuals and tracking communication with those individuals (bi-directional communication).
Mautic is primarily intended for marketing to the masses. Mass communication in one direction (while doing it in such way that it looks as if you communicated with everyone individually).

Or put another way, CRM comes to shine where sales are closed individually and with a good deal of manual labor (makes sense for big ticket sales) whereas Mautic is meant primarily for nurturing lists/groups of people and making them buy things online automatically with a click of a button (usually smaller priced items that don’t require consulting or hand-holding to close a sale).
