Your problem
When looking at the send options for segmented email I do not see the option to send at a particular date/time.
Is this only available to Mautic cloud?
And are there any other differences between the two versions?

It mentions that you can schedule an email to be sent at a particular date/time.
However in my Self Hosted version it does not allow the setting of a date/time:
Enter the number of emails to send per batch then click Send to start the process.
