Is there a way to give coupen codes in focus plugin after form submission

Is there a way to give coupen codes in focus plugin . coupend codes should be shown after subscription using email .

For now mautic provides two option , one to show information alerts/messages and one to show a form, I need to combine both .

I would also like to add fb like button or other social share buttons instead of email

I was trying to create a plugin for it

mimicking focus. can any one point me the right direction.
