issue regarding contacts and segments

Hi Mautic Team,



I am facing issue with mautic . It doesn’t add contacts in the segment when i am making a new segment.there have some limitations. Is it cause of free account.Twilio messages are also not working with this. I have to implement it in a big automation system. Assist me asap.
