Keep leads in Mautic permanent

Hi again,



another question just came up.

Mautic is constantly receiving data from our page and works quite accurate.

But now comes the problem. Once a user becomes inactive or ends his session, he disappears from Mautic after a few minutes.



Is there a setup error on our side or did we miss something?

Or do we have to make one initial import from our database into Mautic to keep all leads in Mautic permanent?

Hi,

thanks for your answer. Then there has to be a setup error at some point.
If users stay active on our site, Mautic keeps them live. Once the become inactive they disappear from Mautic.
Funny sidenote. The users we import into Mautic manually don’t disappear.

Hi,

it is the first time I here about automatically removing leads. With my understanding of Mautic, a Lead can be removed only by user clicking the Delete button or a Lead can be merged with another Lead by some key (session Id, IP address, Email, whatever lead field you make unique).
