Lead doesn't transfer from 1 list to the other list

Hi there, I setup 2 lists, namely ‘pending list’ and ‘confirmed list’.



The idea is that once a lead clicks and goes to a simple ‘thanks for signing up’ landing page (was built from mautic), this ‘visits a page’ action transfers the lead out of ‘pending list’ and into ‘confirmed list’. But after many tests, the lead doesn’t seem to be transferred at all.



Any reason for that, or anything to look out for? Please help, thanks.

‘Modify lead’s lists’ action was used to transfer lead from 1 list to another.
