Leads not removed from list when condition no longer met

I have set up a list filter so that leads are added to a list when they have a specific tag.



This works.



But, when a campaign removes that tag from the leads, the leads remain in the list. Shouldn’t they disappear when the condition is no longer met.



I know the cron is firing, because leads are being added in the first place.
