The CKEditor PR sais ready to test, but I also see changes requested.

I have a question on Mautic 5, will there be a master install file to install this from scratch instead of trying to do an upgrade from Mautic 4. And if there is going to be a self-install setup will that take place using composer?
From Mautic 5 you will deal only with composer.
