Mautic cloud forms not submitting

I’ve been using Mautic Cloud and it stopped working in the summer. I have not made any changes, yet the forms no longer submit and emails are not being sent. I’ve read all the form submission errors, but it doesn’t apply to the cloud version. Can you help? TIA
