Known visitors are turning into unknown - whenever the session IP changes. For e.g., I tested it in another computer by filling a form - and for the whole day, whichever page I visited in the website - Mautic tracked and reported it as known visitor. Next day (the wifi router was switched off in the night - and a new session with a different IP), when the same computer is used to fill a form - Mautic says some unknown visitor came to the site. Is Mautic not placing a cookie in the users browser - something which most standard marketing automation solutions do?
