mautic.net cannot send email to contacts

Hi,



i am working with the mautic.net version.

if i send an email via “send example” so it works.

But when i send an email direkt from the contacts ist does not work :-(



No emails will send from campaigns.



The info says “19 out of 1000 sent today with 981 remaining”. So the limit is not reached.
