Your problem
My problem is: When I am running the zoho CRM cron job I am getting an error

These errors are showing in the log:

In ZohoIntegration.php line 819:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Enabled syfony from the host

You are trying to synch an array to a string probably. Make sure that a multi select field is not saved a single text field.
