Hi, can we use the Monitored Inbox to “track” keyword, in object of email for example, and then have mautic trigger an action based on that keyword ?
something like if object of email received in the monitored inbox = toto then trigger campaign oktoto (send email, etc…). or does mautic only track keyword or action from form ?
