Move contacts who did not open emails to another campaign

My problem is:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I created a campaign to capture leads and sell courses as an affiliate.

Leads who open any of the first 3 emails (Product 1) will stay in the campaign and receive a total of 10 emails.

Those who do not open any of the first 3 emails will be moved to another campaign with a different product (Product 2).

Here’s the question: How can I filter those who open the emails and those who do not, to move them between campaigns and segments?

I’ve tried a thousand times with tags, points, etc., and nothing worked.

Hi, I would make the following segments:

  1. New

  2. Interested in Product 1

  3. Interested in Produc 2 etc.

  4. Segment can be anyone with the tag “New”
    Starts a campaign 1:

In this campaign openers get a new tag “ineterest 1” and remove the tag “new”

Segment 2:
Anyone with with tag “interest” is in this campaign.

Starts campaign 2:

This campaign would send a series of 10 emails.

I would make an addition here: if someone converts you can kick them out from the campaign by excluding converters from the segment.
