Multidomain tracking seems not working

I’m trying to move contacts through segments using a campaign.

Mautic is hosted on a domain like this: mautic.example.com

I’m trying to track page visits on anotherdomain.com.

Is this possible? Or I’m trying to do something not doable?

I’m not an expert, but I have my Mautic in one domain and my pages tracked in another without a problem.

Maybe is something about CORS or SSL. Verify the Mautic configuration and make sure that you have those domains as valid ones (see image below.)

If it isn’t, you may check that both pages are secure (HTTPS.)

I’ve already configured both domains.

When I check the History of the contact, I can see that pages visited on example.com are tracked correctly, while pages visited on anotherdomain.com aren’t.

Now I’m trying to configure Mautic to be used on both domains following this discussion:
