My problem is:
I just wanted to reach out regarding an issue I am facing in Mautic. I am trying to do a test campaign, and I have set up everything the way it’s supposed to be, but my emails aren’t being sent out. When I try to check my email which I have added in the contact segment those emails aren’t receiving anything at all.
- I am using Mautic on AWS, set up via a public web server, and not from a local download.
- The software environment includes Ubuntu with Apache and MySQL hosted on an AWS EC2 instance.
- The Mautic instance has been configured to use Amazon SES for email sending.
( The contacts I am trying to use for the Tests are contacts verified in amazon SES too.)
