New blank (MJML) theme

I made new blank theme (with MJML), becouse older blank theme with HTML works incorrectly.

If everything is good I will make other, more advance theme.

Thank you, it looks great in most email readers!
The only thing is, that it looks weird in Outlook 365, Outlook 2019 and Yahoo.

I also made a blank MJML template … Only thing in it is just

<mjml>
	<mj-body>
	</mj-body>
</mjml>

And nothing else …
