No Access to Configuration

Hi,



I have no access to the configuration pages. Every time i click Settings > Configuration the application just freezes and nothing happens just the constant refreshing of the progress animation. I have looked in the logs and nothing apart from one error listing.



Is there anywhere else i should be looking as for example the MySQL logs as I would assume that this is trying to connect to tables in the database possibly. Any advice please.

Really annoying system this especially the lack of error reporting.

SMTP Server Test
Error 1: Error communicating with the IMAP server: can’t Connect to iredmail.eurogroup-me.net:993: Connection timed out.
Yet the next time it works no reason why

Setting up Abuse & Unsubscribe Boxes:
Error 2: Connection could not be established with host powermta.eurogroup-ms.net:2525 [Connection timed out].
Yet the next time it will pass as as Success. If fact 2 out of 3 or 1 out of 3 pure luck.

Sending eMails
One minute it connects and next time it fails pretty much a lucky bag… same as about one minute all mail is sent and the next test it cannot connect for 2 out of 5.

So what is the issue or how can i trace as the errors are sparse if at all. I assume it cannot talk effectively to another server on the same network so obviously a routing or similar issue.

Anyone suggest any way of tracing the problem.
