Pause sequence until link click?

Hello Mautic geniuses!

I don’t have version information because I haven’t installed Mautic yet. I have a feature question that I wanted to ask first.

Using Mautic, is it possible to set up an autoresponder sequence that behaves like this:

  • User gets first email in the sequence. There’s a “continue” button in the email that they must click to continue the sequence. (The link goes to some confirmation page, but the destination is irrelevant to the sequence.)

  • If they click the link, the next email in the sequence will be sent to them seven days after clicking.

  • If they DON’T click the link, it will continue to wait on pause indefinitely until they do, then send the next email seven days after the click.

  • And so on, with the sequence pausing on each email until there’s a click, then sending the next mail seven days after the click.

Is that possible in Mautic?

Yes this is possible inside the campaign builder using the decision Clicked Mailer which would be put after Send Email.
