Your problem
My problem is: I have doubts about how the created campaign works.

1 - Will Mautic wait 15 days and then “Send Email 01” or does it mean that Mautic will try to deliver Email 01 for 15 days?
2 - If a lead is here, will it follow both paths?
3 - I need to include the “Jump to Event” action pointing to “Send E-mail 02”? If yes, How can I respect the 28 day waiting period?

  1. Mautic will wait 15 days before sending the email I believe.
  2. Yes it will follow both paths
  3. It will jump to that action step and apply the settings of the step which in the case includes waiting for 28 days.
