Possible to Send Emails at Subscriber's Time Zone?

Suppose I want to send my email leads an autoresponder series… 9 AM every other day, but at their time zone.

Is this possible?

It’s not possible right now. There is this feature request which describes similar feature:

You can comment to it to make it more appealing for developers to implement it.
