Problem in bounce email editing

Sirs, good night.



I am trying to exchange an email from bouce monitoring, but mautic does not accept it and does not save the new settings and displays this error:

[2017-01-19 18:28:16] mautic.NOTICE: PHP Unknown: Can not authenticate to IMAP server: [AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Authentication failed. (Errflg = 2) - in file Unknown - at line 0 [] []



Any suggestion?
