Problems with geolocation

In Mautic we have sent campaigns to different companies in the past we got the clicks from their locations.
But the problem is we get the same geographical location (China) for different companies and with the same China IP address in the Mautic CRM database when the company is in a different location.
For your reference, I’m attaching the image of the data that we got in the Mautic CRM database.

Hi, the tracking is not based on IP. If these companies are using the same proxy to connect to your site, then it’s normal to have confusion with the IP.
