The truth is that we have problems with the cloud version. Independently of the sending of emails (we have not configured it) we are not able to detect the users or monitor them. In other words:
No contacts are detected automatically.
Uploaded contacts do not track correctly.
Do you think you could help us? We want to do tests with www.metacom.es.
